  • 4 lbs beef short ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups red wine (choose a good quality)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions
