  • 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), diced
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook the bow tie pasta until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to cool.
