- 12 oz bow tie pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), diced
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the bow tie pasta until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to cool.
- Chop the vegetables: tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, and parsley.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped vegetables, olives, and feta cheese.
- Add Italian dressing, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
