- 6 large eggs
- 4 ounces Boursin cheese (any flavor you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs by covering them with cold water, bringing to a boil, then removing from heat and letting sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in a bowl of ice water for 5-10 minutes, then peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half, scoop out the yolks, and mix with Boursin cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites and garnish with chives or parsley.

- For best results, use fresh eggs.
- Experiment with different flavors of Boursin cheese for variety.
