Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by covering them with cold water, bringing to a boil, then removing from heat and letting sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in a bowl of ice water for 5-10 minutes, then peel them.
  3. Slice the eggs in half, scoop out the yolks, and mix with Boursin cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites and garnish with chives or parsley.
