Ingredients

- 4 pieces of fresh cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or melted butter.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place cod fillets in the dish, drizzle with lemon juice and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cod.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- Let rest, then serve warm.
