Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
