- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and let rest.
- Boil salted water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the chicken and toss cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce. Top with sliced chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for desired spice level.
- Fresh parsley can be substituted with other herbs if desired.
