Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  3. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the chicken and toss cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce. Top with sliced chicken.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
