Ingredients

- 1 pound of sirloin steak, diced
- 1 cup of white rice
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 cup of queso dip (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add diced steak, season, and sear for 5-7 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
- In a pot, bring beef broth to boil, add rice, cover, and cook on low for 18-20 minutes.
- Combine cooked rice with steak mixture and stir in queso dip.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.

- Feel free to customize the spice level by adjusting the chili powder.
