- 4 ripe peaches, diced
- 1 cup of whipped ricotta
- 1 baguette or crusty bread, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dice the peaches into small cubes.
- Whip the ricotta cheese until creamy, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and toast the bread slices for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread whipped ricotta on each toasted slice and top with diced peaches.
- Drizzle honey over the bruschetta.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and balsamic glaze if desired, then serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the honey based on your preference.
- Can substitute ricotta with goat cheese for a different flavor.
