- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- 2 cups of plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for added zest
Instructions
- Rinse the blueberries under cold water.
- Blend the blueberries, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth (add lemon juice if desired).
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes if you prefer it cold.
