Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Push the broccoli aside, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger, then add the marinated beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the beef with broccoli, cook for another minute, and serve over cooked rice.
