Ingredients

- 1 pound of beef (flank steak or sirloin works best)
- 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
- Push the broccoli aside, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger, then add the marinated beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Mix the beef with broccoli, cook for another minute, and serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Ensure beef is sliced thinly for tenderness.
- Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste for desired flavor strength.
