  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, mushrooms, and bell pepper; sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the beef mixture, wild rice, soup, beef broth, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, then add cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
