To make your very own Beef Teriyaki Noodles, you will need the following ingredients:
- 8 oz. of rice noodles
- 1 lb. of beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté broccoli, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes.
- Add sliced beef and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles, toss to coat, and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
