To make your very own Beef Teriyaki Noodles, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of rice noodles
  • 1 lb. of beef flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté broccoli, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles, toss to coat, and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
