- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with half of the BBQ sauce until coated.
- Spread the remaining BBQ sauce on the flatbread, then layer with chicken, mozzarella, red onions, and any other toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
