- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a medium bowl.
- Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in another bowl and stir well.
- Lay tortillas on a surface, add BBQ chicken, and then top with coleslaw mixture.
- Fold sides of tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Cut wraps in half, serve with extra BBQ sauce, and garnish if desired.
