- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro or basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread the BBQ chicken evenly over it.
- Sprinkle diced pineapple, followed by shredded mozzarella and sliced red onion.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or basil, slice, and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes before assembling.
