- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, jalapeños, and chopped green onions
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients; cook chicken and bacon if needed.
- Mix shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and barbecue sauce in a bowl.
- Assemble quesadillas by layering cheese and chicken mixture on one half of a tortilla.
- Cook each quesadilla in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat the process for remaining tortillas and keep cooked quesadillas warm in a low oven.
- Slice cooked quesadillas into wedges and serve with optional toppings.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken before cooking.
- Use a non-stick skillet for easier cooking.
