- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook macaroni until al dente, then drain.
- Cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add drained macaroni, BBQ sauce, and milk to the beef, then mix in bacon and half the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until bubbly.

- Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or a meat alternative.
