- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups banana pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Sliced bananas, for garnish
- Optional: crushed vanilla wafers for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a greased 9×13-inch dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. In another bowl, whisk banana pudding mix and milk until thick, then pour over the cheesecake layer. Top with sliced bananas and optional crushed vanilla wafers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
