Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Mix cinnamon and sugar for the filling.
  7. Roll out the dough and spread melted butter with the cinnamon mixture.
  8. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
