- 3 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas and mix with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour, then combine with the wet ingredients.
- Mix cinnamon with a bit of sugar for the filling and add nuts if desired.
- Roll out the dough to a rectangle, spread butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use ripe bananas.
