Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and halve the Brussels sprouts, then set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the Brussels sprouts, tossing to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Optional: Add Parmesan cheese and nuts on top before serving.

- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
