  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and halve the Brussels sprouts, then set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the Brussels sprouts, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Optional: Add Parmesan cheese and nuts on top before serving.
