- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet, laying them flat.
- Mix bread crumbs, crab meat (if using), onion, celery, garlic, parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each shrimp with the mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed shrimp.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more spices to the stuffing as desired.
