- 2 medium zucchinis

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 large egg
- Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and slice zucchinis into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the egg in another bowl and coat each zucchini slice.
- Dip egg-coated zucchini into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated zucchini on a lined baking sheet without touching.
- Spray or drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
