- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite BBQ sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook macaroni, drain, and mix with cheddar cheese until melted.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten meat mixture in your palm, add mac and cheese in the center, and roll into a ball.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce on top before serving.
