Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook macaroni, drain, and mix with cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Flatten meat mixture in your palm, add mac and cheese in the center, and roll into a ball.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle BBQ sauce on top before serving.
