Ingredients

  • 4 hoagie rolls or sub sandwich rolls
  • 8 ounces of sliced salami
  • 8 ounces of sliced ham
  • 8 ounces of sliced pepperoni
  • 8 ounces of provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Add provolone cheese and banana peppers on top.
  5. Drizzle Italian dressing over the cheese.
  6. Close the sandwiches with the top half of the rolls.
  7. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
