- 4 hoagie rolls or sub sandwich rolls
- 8 ounces of sliced salami
- 8 ounces of sliced ham
- 8 ounces of sliced pepperoni
- 8 ounces of provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup of sliced banana peppers
- 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
- Layer salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add provolone cheese and banana peppers on top.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the cheese.
- Close the sandwiches with the top half of the rolls.
- Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
