Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, then drain.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, and cook until golden. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Stir in seasonings and cheese until melted.
  3. Combine cooked gnocchi with cheese sauce in a mixing bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
