Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; blend in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in milk to form dough.
- Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick; cut into squares or circles. Place half on a lined baking sheet.
- Top each biscuit piece with shredded beef and provolone, then cover with another biscuit and seal edges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, heat beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder for au jus.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
