Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; blend in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in milk to form dough.
  3. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick; cut into squares or circles. Place half on a lined baking sheet.
