Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground meat and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine cooked spaghetti, meat mixture, marinara sauce, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella in a bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the spaghetti mixture in a greased baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
