Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.

- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Bake the Chicken:
- Transfer the seared chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve:
- Remove the toothpicks before serving. Serve the stuffed chicken breasts with your choice of sides.
