- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 20-24 meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Heat Alfredo sauce in a saucepan.
- Spread half the sauce in a baking dish, add meatballs, and pour remaining sauce on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
