Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 20-24 meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat Alfredo sauce in a saucepan.
  6. Spread half the sauce in a baking dish, add meatballs, and pour remaining sauce on top.
  7. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
