To make this Baked Artichoke Parmesan, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in chopped artichoke hearts and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
