Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- Wrap the meatloaf with overlapping slices of bacon.
- Bake for about 1 hour; brush with BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes if desired.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
