Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add onions to the skillet and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
- Layer bacon, onions, tomatoes, and cheese in the crust.
- Whisk eggs and cream, season, and pour over the layers.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
