- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 jalapeño, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Boil salted water, add macaroni, and cook until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a bowl, whisk milk and eggs; mix in flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until combined.
- Add macaroni, bacon, jalapeño, and cheese to the mixture; stir gently.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), grease muffin tin, fill cups 3/4 full, and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
