- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 2–3 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon in a bowl until creamy.
- Fold in jalapenos and green onions.
- Scoop and roll mixture into balls, about 20-25.
- Set up coating station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each ball in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Fry cheese balls in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeno amount based on spice preference.
- Add more bacon if desired for extra flavor.
