- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Optional: salsa, avocado, or hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil or butter, whisk eggs with salt and pepper, and scramble in the skillet for 3-4 minutes.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a quarter of scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Toast the burrito seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
- For extra flavor, try adding spices to the eggs.
