- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add chopped bacon to the skillet and mix well.
- Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese and shredded cheddar, and stir until melted and creamy.
- Mix in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with green onions, and serve with tortilla chips.
