- 1 package of mozzarella sticks (12 sticks)
- 1 cup of cooked ground beef
- ½ cup of crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
- Your favorite dipping sauce (ketchup, ranch, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese; season with salt and pepper.
- Cut a slit in each mozzarella stick and stuff with the filling.
- Bread the sticks by coating in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Ensure mozzarella sticks are not overstuffed to prevent filling from spilling out while frying.
