Deliciously cheesy bacon cheeseburger-loaded mozzarella sticks, perfect for snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of mozzarella sticks (12 sticks)
  • 1 cup of cooked ground beef
  • ½ cup of crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Your favorite dipping sauce (ketchup, ranch, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut a slit in each mozzarella stick and stuff with the filling.
  3. Bread the sticks by coating in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
