- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 8 slices of bacon
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika to make the marinade.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each chicken tender with half a slice of bacon.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
- Let rest, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight.
- Use toothpicks to secure bacon if needed.
