Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and add oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
