- 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions
- Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, olives, raisins, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings, then serve with rice or warm tortillas.
