- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breasts dry and pound to an even thickness.
- Coat chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Sear chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly, then drizzle hot honey over the chicken.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
