Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs in another bowl; add oil and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
