Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs in another bowl; add oil and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
