Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Fold in diced apples and optional nuts or dried fruits.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and set.

- Feel free to substitute apples with pears or add nutmeg for extra flavor.
