- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works great!)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes if possible.
- Coat each chicken piece in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once golden brown and crispy, serve hot with lemon wedges.
