- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat; let marinate for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove shrimp, garnish with lemon juice and parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Feel free to adjust seasonings to taste.
