Delicious air-fried stuffed mushrooms filled with crab and cream cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large mushrooms (button or cremini work well)
  • 8 oz fresh crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Gently clean the mushrooms, remove the stems to create pockets.
  2. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F, spray mushrooms with olive oil, and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • Leftover filling can be used in pasta or salads.
