- 12 large mushrooms (button or cremini work well)
- 8 oz fresh crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Gently clean the mushrooms, remove the stems to create pockets.
- Mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F, spray mushrooms with olive oil, and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Leftover filling can be used in pasta or salads.
