- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
- Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Thread marinated chicken, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook skewers in air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let skewers rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the chicken for longer if possible.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the skewers.
