This delicious air fryer chicken sausage and veggies dish is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups of bell peppers, chopped (any color)
  • 1 cup of zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chicken sausage, veggies, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
