- 1 pound of chicken sausage, sliced
- 2 cups of bell peppers, chopped (any color)
- 1 cup of zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken sausage, veggies, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
