Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of noodles (udon or spaghetti work well)
  • 1 lb. of ground beef (or any preferred protein)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil and brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss cooked noodles with the beef mixture until well combined.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve hot.
