- 8 oz. of noodles (udon or spaghetti work well)
- 1 lb. of ground beef (or any preferred protein)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil and brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss cooked noodles with the beef mixture until well combined.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to use any protein of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness by varying honey or brown sugar.
